Using visualisation to bring greater clarity, you will also tune into the language used and harness the power of the mind. Build Strong Foundations is an impactful learning journey that should not be rushed, instead allow yourself to fully immerse in the learnings and actions to welcome positive change.

    Every week, a new session is revealed. This course will take at least 7 weeks, but don't worry if you need longer - the course is here ready when you are! Take your time to work through the lessons, do the activities, homework and journalling to gain the most from this experiential learning.

Gillian Fowler

An accredited transformation & mindset coach and NLP practitioner, Gillian brings years of experience in helping clients to successfully transition from their current state to desired goals and life. Gillian offers a safe environment for clients to explore new possibilities, to move beyond perceived capabilities and operate outwith the comfort zone to bring the self-identified positive changes.


  • What happens if I fall behind in lessons?

    Don't worry! Life is busy and things happen that means our plans may have to change. Your access to Build Strong Foundations is for 12 months, so you have plenty of time to complete. However, to get the most from this program, if you can't complete in the 7-week timeframe, try to complete as close as possible so you can build upon your work to date. If there is a large gap, it's suggested that you begin from Session 1.

  • How do I book my 2 x 30-minute 1-2-1 sessions with Gillian?

    You can book these at any time during the course, though it is suggested to book one during the program, and the other at the end. However, it is completely up to you when you choose to request your sessions. Details for booking are given after signing up.

  • If I don't complete the course, do I get a refund?

    No refunds will be given for incompleting the course. Build Strong Foundations is a wonderful course that has helped many clients already; give this your full attention and reap the benefits. You can read full T&Cs by clicking on the link at the bottom of the web page.

  • Are the recorded lessons with subtitles?

    At this time, the recorded sessions are NOT available with subtitles.

  • Has this course been delivered before?
